The service guys came out, got on the roof, and knew what needed to be done. They were so fast it’s like they were never here. We could tell they are experienced for the simple fact that other companies that came spent a hour or more digging around trying to figure out where the leaks were coming from. A team from McEnany Roofing & Contracting showed up this week to repair a portion of our roof. We had put a ticket through the Villas of Carrillon HOA ticket system. The team consisted of 3 guys: Luis, Joel and Pastor. In addition to having great personalities, they were also very professional and quickly assessed the damage and went to work on the repairs. 4 days later it's done and I'm a happy camper with them and the HOA Management company that put them in action. Kevin was immediately responsive and they assigned Luis with a team of two others to focus on issues between two buildings. They have been conscientious working to minimize water intrusions between us. The crew arrived early, took few to no breaks, worked through brief showers, and were always polite, respectful and professional. I acknowledge there may be recurring issues as these buildings near 30 years old, but; the McEnany crews have been as thorough and diligent in their problem assessments and repairs as they possibly can.
